Hi! My name’s Whit, and I’m a photographer based in Nashville, TN. I started falling in love with live music photography in 2021 after “accidentally” meeting Justin Howard at a guitar shop in Stapleton, AL. We started playing music together, and one day he invited me to his band’s gig at Flora-Bama. I brought my camera along to see how the photos would turn out, and it’s been a passion of mine ever since.

I met Amanda Donald through him, and I was absolutely stunned by the talent at her album release show. The album is called 100 Roots, give it a listen!

I’ve had the chance to go on two tours with Spence Hood, and being his tour photographer was a life changing experience — it showed me that I love capturing the energy of a moment and making people feel beautiful.
